At Wynola Ranch, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our quail cages. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary due to various reasons. To facilitate a smooth and transparent return process, we have established the following return policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns for quail cages within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • To be eligible for a return, the quail cage must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Return Process:

  • Before returning a quail cage, please contact our customer service team at store@quailcage.com or (760)975-7116 to initiate the return process.

  • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect not a shipping error.

  • Please securely package the quail cage to prevent any damage during transit.

4. Inspection and Refund:

  • Upon receiving the returned quail cage, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

  • If the product is in satisfactory condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

  • We cannot accept returns for quail cages or accessories that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging.

  • Custom-made or special-order quail cages are non-returnable unless they are defective.

6. Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns that are not due to manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
