Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

The product is shipped within a time frame of 1 to 25 business days from the time of purchase. All of the cages have to be manufactured and checked prior to the shipment.

We do most of our shipping through UPS ground, depending on your location it could take 3-7 business days.

We ship exclusively to the 48 continuous states. Hawaii and Alaska have an additional fee for shipping.

We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to package during shipment. We always recommend for you to insure your package.

When using a "PO box" we are shipping through USPS. With that being said USPS tends to ship the packages one by one rather than all together. If this happens, be aware that your other packages are on the way but the office has not received them yet.
